Meet the San Antonio Leadership Team

Here’s who leads our dealership, sales, service, and parts operations — the people you’ll actually work with when you visit us.

Shane Talbert — General Manager | Partner

Shane serves as General Manager and partner for our San Antonio location, and he’s the primary point of contact for the dealership. He’s at the center of our day-to-day leadership and operations.

Ron — Service Manager | 20 Years at the San Antonio Operation

Ron leads our Service Department and has been with the San Antonio operation for 20 years — that continuity means real, deep knowledge of this shop and this community. He and his team are focused on getting you back on the road, water, or trail quickly and reliably.

Mikey — General Sales Manager | 20 Years in the Industry

Mikey brings 20 years in the powersports industry to our sales floor. He spent a decade at Woods Fun Center in Austin under Shane Talbert, working his way from Sales to General Sales Manager, and another nine years with Navigant, where he served as General Sales Manager and later General Manager of Texas HD.

Andrew Dodd — Parts Manager

Andrew runs our Parts Department with an industry veteran’s eye for the details that make sure the right part gets to the right unit.
